Payment Policy
Prices, scope, and payment information for online consulting.
Price presentation
WESTQEM CORP lists its online home and garden consulting services in US dollars. The posted price identifies the stated service category and does not include furniture, plants, fixtures, smart-home devices, shipping, installation, contractor work, or other third-party expenses unless expressly stated in a written agreement.
Before a paid engagement begins, the selected service, its scope, fee, and any applicable payment timing should be confirmed. If your request differs materially from the listed service, a separate quote may be needed and should be accepted before additional work is undertaken.

Billing and authorization
Payment instructions should be supplied through the accepted arrangement or an appropriate invoice. We do not ask visitors to enter payment card numbers into the website enquiry form, and that form does not transmit information. Do not send card numbers through ordinary email or an unverified channel.
Any taxes that apply to a transaction should be identified as required by law. A payment authorization should correspond to the agreed service and disclosed amount; a fee should not be charged for an unaccepted change in scope. Keep the invoice or written confirmation for your records.
Changes and additional work
If a project expands to another room, additional product categories, further research, or a different level of planning, we will explain the proposed additional scope and price before the added work begins. Existing work and new work should be distinguishable in the written record.
A price shown for one service does not imply that every related service, unlimited changes, travel, purchasing, or installation is included. Third-party sellers set their own prices, taxes, delivery charges, and payment terms.
Monthly advisory payments
The $600 monthly price applies to a monthly advisory engagement whose topics, period, communication format, and any renewal terms are defined in the written agreement. It should not be treated as unlimited access. A new or recurring charge requires the consent and disclosures required for the chosen arrangement.
To end future periods, follow the cancellation method in the accepted monthly agreement. We will not infer consent to a recurring payment from a general website enquiry.
Refunds, errors, and contact
Cancellation and refund requests are reviewed under the Cancellation & Refund Policy, the accepted agreement, and applicable law. If you believe an invoice is incorrect or see an unfamiliar charge, contact us with the date, amount, service, and any relevant invoice number.
We may need to verify the transaction before discussing account or payment details. We will not require a complete card number to investigate a question raised through ordinary correspondence.
Price changes and records
Website prices may be updated for future enquiries. A later change to a displayed price does not by itself alter the price already accepted in a written arrangement. Before you commit, review the service description and any separate quote to ensure the intended areas, work, and price match your request.
Keep a copy of the accepted scope and payment confirmation. If a project is divided into stages, the written arrangement should identify what each stage covers and when a payment is due. A question about an invoice should be raised promptly so it can be reviewed against the work agreed.
Third-party transactions
WESTQEM may research or discuss products, but advice alone does not make WESTQEM the merchant for a product bought elsewhere. A retailer’s checkout, card processing, sales tax, shipping charge, financing terms, and refund process are governed by that retailer’s transaction.
If the business ever arranges procurement directly, the additional service, seller identity, charges, and responsibility for fulfillment should be stated clearly in a separate written arrangement before any order is placed.
