Important limits of remote recommendations and product research.
Purpose of the advice
WESTQEM CORP provides online guidance intended to help clients organize home and garden choices. Ideas about layout, styling, décor, furniture, planting, outdoor use, organization, and products are based on the information supplied by the client and the agreed service scope. They are not a physical inspection of the property.
A recommendation is a starting point for informed decisions, not a promise that a particular product, design, plant, or improvement will achieve a specific result. Individual conditions, preferences, budgets, and execution can materially change an outcome.
Measurements and physical conditions
Photographs, sketches, and measurements supplied remotely can be incomplete or inaccurate. Before ordering furniture, cabinetry, flooring, planters, or any item requiring precise fit, confirm dimensions, clearances, access, weight limits, delivery routes, and the specifications of the actual product.
For a garden or outdoor area, conditions such as climate, soil, drainage, slope, utilities, irrigation, exposure, and seasonal changes require on-site verification. Suggestions about plants and materials should be evaluated against local conditions and maintenance capacity.
Licensed and regulated work
WESTQEM’s general consulting is not a substitute for architectural, engineering, surveying, landscape architecture where regulated, electrical, plumbing, contracting, legal, or other licensed professional services. A consultation does not provide construction documents, structural calculations, a permit application, code certification, or an installation guarantee.
Where a plan involves structural changes, safety issues, property restrictions, accessibility modifications, utility work, or work subject to permits, consult a qualified local professional and the relevant authority before proceeding. Only that professional can assess conditions within their scope.
Product information
Product research and selection rely on the specifications and information available when the recommendation is made. Manufacturers and retailers can change price, availability, finish, compatibility, delivery options, warranties, safety notices, and return terms without notice. Verify current details directly before buying.
A mention of a product or seller is not a guarantee of performance, authenticity, suitability, or retailer service. WESTQEM does not assume the role of the retailer or manufacturer merely by recommending an option. Any compensation or material commercial relationship connected to a recommendation should be disclosed clearly where applicable.
Smart-home and technical products
Smart-home consulting may help compare product categories, integration questions, and user needs. It does not include network security assessment, electrical installation, device certification, privacy audit, or a guarantee of compatibility between future versions of third-party products.
Installation, electrical safety, data security, and ongoing support should be verified with qualified providers and product documentation. Review any device’s privacy settings and update policies before connecting it to a home network.
Costs and visual materials
Any budget discussion, styling example, or visual direction is an estimate or concept based on the information available. Before acting on an advisory recommendation, obtain any required product samples, specialist measurements, quotations, permissions, and instructions. A retailer image can differ from the actual finish or color in your lighting. Furniture and plants may be unsuitable for a particular entrance, soil, climate, or maintenance routine even when they appear appropriate in a photograph.
If a recommendation touches a safety-sensitive or regulated decision, pause implementation until a qualified local provider has reviewed the actual property.
